Hello Lone Star Classmates!
I'm what the kid in the last class called "Seasoned." I served 6 years in the Army before most of you were born! After that, I've spent the last 23 years in the oil industry and have managed to progress from assembly to engineering to managing three product lines for a major manufacturing company. I'm working on a degree because as I move higher in the food chain, it's getting more competitive and I felt like checking the degree box couldn't hurt. I have about 20 years left to retire and hope to make it to Vice President in the next 5 to 7 years.
On a personal level, I have two kids that I adopted, the youngest is 19 and also attending Lone Star. I also have an 8 year old grandson and a wife that brought all of that crazy into my life.
The ultimate goal is to get an MBA, though a long journey always starts with a few small steps.
Last year in Germany with my wife, brother & sister-in-law.
Feel free to look around on my website. It's incomplete and in need of updates but it's a hobby that I occasionally mess with when I have time.
